CHIRON:
CHIRON (www.trail4life.eu/chiron) is an MSCA-SE project funded by the European Commission (#101130240) with nine academic and private sector partners in seven countries (Greece, Hungary, Ireland, France, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey). Its main goals are to better understand how tumours avoid the immune system and to make the tumours sensitive again towards cell death. Dr. Wingender serves as CHIRON’s Project Coordinator.
RareBoost:
RareBoost (https://rareboost.ibg.edu.tr) is an ERA Chairs project funded by the European Commission (#952346). It aims to increase the rare disease research and innovation capability of the Izmir Biomedicine and Genome Center (IBG) and to facilitate its goal to become a leading basic and translational research centre for rare diseases. Dr. Wingender serves as RareBoost’s Project Coordinator.
